I gotta get the exact amount of sleep every night. Alittle to much, or not enough, im tired either way.
Also I have the weirdest dreams. Last night I was dreaming that I was at a restaurant, fell asleep a the table, and was dreaming that I was on a island by a lagoon where i killed a crocodile then I was petting a seal..
I Have No Idea.

Sleep sux. I get about 6 hours a night. Toss-n-turn. Love flippin the pillow to get cool. No snugglin shit though. keep off my side and you wont get kicked. Just started to use breath right nasal strips to cut down the snoring. I rattle the windows kids. Wifey says they work good. Wake-up at 5 a.m. everyday, even weekends. smileys/smiley12.gif

They are the shit. I'm not getting kicked anymore by the wife. I would highly recommend them. They have my full endorsement. "breath right nasal strips" smileys/smiley20.gif

I'm pretty fortunate. When my body needs something it seems to do a good job of letting my mind know it. For the last week I've been sleeping like a rock! Anywhere from 9-11 hours a night when I used to be perfectly satisfied with 4. I hope it's just not a sign of my getting older. I'm hoping its like when I needed vitamin C and drank OJ nonstop for two weeks. I mean NONSTOP. I was drinking a gallon or so of it a day...and I'm not a big OJ fan. Usually far to much citrus acid for my belly.
