Saw GLASS last night in Kansas City at a radio show. They were pretty much the only highlight. Anyway, they ran out of time and kept playing.All the crew working the show were giving them all kinds of signals and trying to get them to stop, but they kept jamming. I think they should have been headlining, but Jimmy Eat World and the Donnas were. It was nice, because I got to go home early I guess. Anyone else make it to this show?

They played pretty much there "radio hits" focusing mainly on The Hustle songs. Other than that they played baby's got sauce, cold beverage, dreamin'. it was a radio show, so you know how that goes. now that i think of it, pretty much all they played were songs from the hustle. the hustle, astronaut, booty call, the fishing song, don't drop it. they only played for an hour, and they were supposed to stop after 45 minutes. there was a good freestyle in one of the songs, and some good solos from all the members

Velvet Underground is in my top 10 alltime. I have the box set. I love those MFers. I don't really like Lou Reed's solo stuff, but I love Velvet. I saw Phish cover the album "Loaded" in Las Vegas, Halloween, 1998. We were all wondering what album they would cover, and I freaked when I heard the opening notes.
