i dont mean to bitch but does anybody else hate the cold? im pretty petite so im always cold. we got a little snow the other day and i hate it. in a few years im hopin to try out the west coast.

I am not a huge fan of the cold either kelli420. I need to find a nice middle, because after living in Arizona for 2 yrs, I don't like it when it is really hot either.

it rarely gets cold enough to snow here, and even rarer that it gets
below the upper 20's if it does snow! unless you live in the mountains
or something.. lol

I like all different kinds of weather. Love to lay in the sun on a breezy day. Go puddle hopping in the rain. ( I am notorious for being that girl that splashes a group of people) -makes me laugh!! lol! Love to get inthe water on a scorching hot summer day. And yes, I do partake in the occassional snow angel and snowman construction. The only thing that I hate about the weather in chicago this time of year is that the snow turns to icky slush immedeatly!!!! AHHHH!!! They salt everything here and then it leaves salt lines on your car and clothes, boots, pants, even my purse has traces of salt!! HATE IT!!! I mean... I go to Colorado and there is hella amounts of snow but do they use saalt on the streets??! NO!! And its beautiful there. People in Chicago are jack-asses sometimes. They act like they have never drivn' in snow befor er somethin. They go like 25mph or less!! UGH! So annoying. Ok. So you guys probably get my point now. Sorry. But just be prepared when and if you come to Chicago this time of year.

See I Do hate the Winter for certain reasons. But I do like seeing snow a few times. after that, put me on a beach, with a big ass liqour filled Margarita, a fat spliff, and some good tunes, I miss the warm embracing sun rays! Whens spring? Wheres Summer? Get me to the next festival! Ughhh Now back to reality! The only break I get is in January, going out to L.A. to catch up with some old friends, and warm up a bit. ahh..the joys of winter i the midwest. I've found that the only way I can deal with the cold is Patagonia Capilene long underwear. i love the stuff. I wear it from september to may. haha!!! it makes a huge difference, to have a nice warm layer between you and your clothes and the wicked cold!!!

Nothing like waking up to 8" of snow on the ground. I'm working out of my house all week!!! Can't wait to go skiing!!!

Its been a nice couple of days. Near 50. Not bad. My dog is enjoying it a lot more than be which sux because all the snow melted and evything is soggy and muddy and Mr. Noche cannot resist a romp in a puddle of mud. Yea for me. Today I had the bright idea of washing my car to get all the salt and sand off it. So then I left the car outside for a long time while I was shopping. When I finally got back to it the key lock was frozen because of the cold! I was so pissed!!! I hate winter!!
