Pennywise, Camper Van Beethoven and Ozomatli are among the bands donating tracks to Look At All the Love We've Found, a Sublime tribute album due in the summer. Blackalicious' Gift of Gab and Spearhead are collaborating for "What I Got" and Fishbone are recording "Date Rape," while No Doubt, Jack Johnson and G. Love and Special Sauce have also expressed interest in contributing.....





i read this on mtvnews.com...didnt wanna put this in the other bands but this is SUBLIME here... and G WAS MENTIONED ON MTVNEWS.COM!! he thinks nobody knows who he is but look at that they do..maybe we will see bootycall on mtv

errrrr mtv and g love don't sound like a good combo to me. i think if they have 15 mins of fame on there it will hurt garrett more in the long run. i'm not try'n to be negative,just worried about garrett.i just don't want him to be a "one hit wonder" to the mtv crowd. that must suck for a muscian, your hot hot hot as that damn hansel and then poof your not , can you imagine of how big of a let down that must feel like.if that were to happen to garrett that would be terrible o yeah and as far as the sublime albu goes i think garrett said they are doing "gratest hits"Edited by: undercoverlover

To the simple minded music fan, not meaning any board members, G is kind of a one hit wonder to many people. If I tell someone GLaSS is one of my favorite bands they go "Who?" then you mention either One of two songs, Baby's got sauce, or cold beverage. They usually know one of them. Then they say " Wow, those guys are still around?" Happens all the time. We all know how great this band is, but most will never realize our pop culture=mindless.

Im not saying I personally think he is a one-hit wonder... but like what B said... most average music fans would probably make him a one hit wonder. like it's sad to say, but most people dont realize how great Glass is... Garrett has said it himself...something along the line of them being "before the times".... ahh hard to explain.

Yeah in a way glass is a "one hit wonder", but you know what in the same respect you could say the dead was too. I mean they only had one song that reached the top 10 on billboard and that wasn't untill the late 80's with touch of gray. They have been around for decades, I have a dead bear tattoo and people ask me all the time what the signifigance of it is. Can you believe that shit!? Like you guys have said most average joe listens to what the radio plays and what the media tells them is good, so the best thing we can do is keep spreading the love!!! Also SOOOOOOOOOO looking forward to this tribute, love sublime!!! much love for brad!!!

yeah! my mom saw my doodles one day. i think i was still in grade school to be honest and she told me she was concerned b/c i was drawing skeletons. It was a friggin Steal Your Face!! It seems tracks have already been recorded by Ozomatli, G.l.a.s.s., Jack johnson, no doubt, fishbone, Greyboy Allstars, CAmper Van Beethoven, Spearhead, andBlackalicious, and many more. Look for it due out in summertime!!
