does anyone else get obnoxious nose bleeds during the winter? well, i do. and i say, screw you winter. you may have won this round, but spring is gonna kick your ass.


so.. yeah...


anyway, hope everyone is well and smiling out there.

J/K I get them too. It is from the dry air caused by your heating system. Try buying an air humidifier. The moisture it puts in the air will keep your nose from drying out! My sister has one for just that reason.

solution: if you get a nosebleed, run your hands under really cold water. it will stop your nosebleed. really. something to do with the capilaries in your hands are directly related to the ones in your nose.
