So I pull the Durango up to the pump this morning. Running on fumes and the gas light is on. Fill it up! 54.00$$ you read that correctly, I said 54.00$ Here in upstate NY it is 2.32 gallon. WTF smileys/smiley7.gif I am seriously considering bying a hybrid car that can get me good gas milage and is cheap to drive. My Durango is a bit of a smileys/smiley30.gif on gas. So what are some gas prices you guys are at around the USA. I think NY is one of the highest. smileys/smiley11.gif

I think we're at 2.18 here in SW Michigan. Luckily I drive a Toyota, its always cheap to fill. Usually about $16 will fill it, but lately is more like $20. it lasts me a long time, we never go anywhere...

we're about $2.20 in sw washington i believe.. it's at least $43 when
we fill our tank.. which is about once every 5-7 days.. damn '77
oldsmobile! lol can't wait until we get the gti running.. we'll only
have to fill that thing every couple of weeks! [and it'll look a hell
of a lot better than the land yatchsmileys/smiley17.gif]

it was 2.10 yesterday down here in charlotte. i haven't left for work yet but i'm sure it's gone up again. you think this will affect the cost of everything? the cost to ship goods has got to go way up and that will cause the price to go up, don't ya think?

$1.98 is a bargain. $2.25 here in Cleveland, but 60 miles away only $2.05. It's such BS!!! WTF!!! We are going to experience a depression here pretty soon if shit doesn't change. I remember thinking $1.20 was a lot 2 1/2 years ago!!!!

Right on brotha! I have absolutely no shame in asking my passengers to kick down cash for the ride. I have to admit that I am hopeless with out my car. I would end up in a different state if I had to take the bus. Plus I like that I have a complete wardrobe in the trunk at my fingertips.
