Jail sucks the big one~

So yeah last night...little tiny innocent me goes to jail.I am at a friends playing drinking games and decide that i am gonna go home around 2am since i have an 8am class this morning. well i have afriend from hs with me. I do a "rolling" stop at a stop sign outside my dorm and get pulled over. Two cops tag team my car and find weed on his side of car and a pipe in his pocket. he is wasted and claims it isnt his.. i tell them straight up it is not mine... and they arrest me.Texas has this bullshit law that if no one claims it.. everyone in the vecihle gets fucked... So fuck my "friend"


so Im in jail all night and fucking freezing because i dont have socks.... im the onyl one that doesnt go to sleep. im only in the cell with 3 other ladies..one was arrested for agravated assult with a deadly weapon.... basically i am scared out of my mind. so yeah had to call my mommy at 7am to bail my ass out.... on a 3,000 bond.....


So now my court date is in may and yeah basically at my school... if you get arrested for possession... you are suspended for two semesters or get expelled... fun shit.

my sister got a dui one time and they found a darvaset in her car. she also got charged with level two narcotics possession, which is a felony. she later got that charged dropped. yeah,cops suck. hang in there.

Greengirlie-I am sorry about the news. Listen, get an attorney in a hurry. He can probably get a deal with prosecutor in a hurry to dump the possession. Facts are in your favor, regardless of what that turd in your car did to you. Plus your attorney can coordinate defense with the turd'sattorney. Might improve your outcome. Sooner rather than later. Believe it or not I gotta legal contact an hour or two southwest of Dallas. She might be able to recommend good defense attorney in your area. PM me if you need any help. And chin up, you will get outta this, IMO.

greenie, I am soooo sorry. That situation sucks ass! Hopefully in court the matter will be dealt with. My sisters ex-boyfriend just got nailed on a DUI and he resisted arrest and failed to take a breathilizer, PLUS has a misdemineander (sp?) for assaulting officers... total fine right now: $23000. So just remember that, and I hope everything goes alright!!!
