New Perry homestead

Well, my wife and I have sold our current home and have put an offer down on a new one. Our house was on the market for about 48 hours and sold very fast. We actually got the asking price too. We are very excited to move into our new home in about a month or so. It is very big (2500sqft) You are all welcome to stop by whenever you roll through Rochester,N.Y. Big pond out out back,nature, my son will love it, and the future little perrys will too.

Ha! Congrats Perry. Nothing like moving into a new house. Loved it this weekend. Bought some outside lighting, hanging plantd, looked at some bushes and little red crabapple trees, love it.

I just bought a house last week as well. I like to call it my Hillybillie lake cottage. It is a small 2 bedroom home with a 1 bedroom bunglow off to the side that I rent. It is right off of a River that runs through Indy. It remids me of a lake cottage but is on a river instead. Should be a fun summer.
