I've showed it to some people..Most of them think it's gross. But it makes me laugh everytime i look at it! Maybe it's because of it's 'ugliness', but it's sweet!

That's easy! Just enter the site, hold down the "Alt Gr'" key and press
the print screen key (probably marked Prt Scr or something similar)
when you got that green thingy where you want him. Then open a picture
editor (Paint will do just fine!), press Ctrl + V and edit out the web
browser. Enjoy!

Not in any way that I know of. Don't think it's possible to use flash on your desktop.
