Free at last

I know this comes a little late in the game but I just found this website and I've had this cd (Electric Mile) for over a year anda half now. I take the cd's out and put the case in the stand not reading the back (sorry GUYS smileys/smiley6.gif).


Anyway my point: I just got married a month ago and all I can play since being back from the honeymoon is FREE AT LAST. This has got to be the most invigorating song for me. I automatically turn it up so loud so that I can't hear myself sing (i am a horrible singer) replay it a couple times in row thinking how lucky I am to have found the man I married. yada yada, there was a bad relationship before meeting my husband. However if i hadn't have gone throught that relationship I would never have discoverd GLaSS.


I am new to these forums so sorry if this is lame.Looking forward to hearingthe new GLaSS stuff.

Like every 1has said before me if u havent heard the earlier cd's,(G Love and special sauce self titled, Yeah its that easy, Philadelphonic, etc.....), check that sh*t out! But i agree about that song Free at last, i went through a break up and related to it also.. Thats what i love about G's music, i relate to what he has to say... Really hits the spot!!!!

Ohh, gimme some lovin" is such a sweet song. I want that song programed to wake me on on Saturday morning (early) and then "cuddle" then get to go back to sleep. Yikes!

Anybody heard that song Mama Mere about G's grandma.... Thats one of my favorites!! Great blues song! I have it if anyone wants to aim me and get it. Boryano is my aim... Peace


PS: I also have hella more songs that are rare... Steppin Stones remix by Fun Lovin Criminals is also pretty tight..
