internet radio recommendations

I know I tried to post some pictures and I copied the 'url' and it let me pull them up... then I went back the next day and checked and it said that the web page can't be displayed! PISSED ME OFF. Why can't I just copy and paste the damn things????

Hey tell me if this works for you.
1. Click the 4th button from the left (world w/chain link)
2. Window Pops up, Enter Text to show in post. ex: "My Link" Click OK
3. Window Pops up, Enter the URL for your link. ex: "http://www.myweb.com" Click OK
4. Should look like this in the Post Reply window (only w/out the spaces):
[ URL=http://www.myWeb.com ]My Link[ /URL ]

Once you post it should look like this:
My Link (http://www.myWeb.com)
Make sure that the box next to "Enable Forum Codes to format post " has an X in it.

M - You can't actually post pictures, only link to them if they're on the web somewhere. I think what you did was link to pictures that were in an email?

naw man..still aint doin the trick. i click on the world
with a chain & it wants me to enter the url addy first.
i do, click OK, & it just sends me back to 'reply' w/o showing me
anything...doesn't ask for me to type to enter text! f**king
thing needs to work already!! oh yeah, my codes
are enabled.



i'll do it manually this time.. got some good new orleans stylies on here.

found the problem-- i use 'mozilla' instead of 'internet explorer', so i don't have to bear the pop-ups. i can post links from explorer-- will have to go & dig some good sh*t up for yall.

B- your right I did have them in an email, but that is the only way I can get a 'url' address. the pics are in my computer... so what do I do?

Undercover- I usually check out anything that anyone recomends, and put it in my favs. Check out www.jambase.com, they have a lot of good links. I really miss the HOB webcasts, they always had the best stuff.

M- you can post your pics on a photo site like www.photobucket.com or a Yahoo Group, then link to them from here. I guess they won't allow uploading photos here because of bandwidth issues.
