Here's a thread I kleptoed from another forum i frequent...

So....

you know you're a glass fan when you listen to a mix of their musicon yourMD on the busto and from work and 'the hustle' hasn't left your car's cd player since you bought it (don't even switch to the radio).....

1. how about contemplating giving your child Glass for a middle name. Contemplated, but never happened, oh those hormones. Also some in the running for 1st name, Marley, Nowell, Harper, Moses. Thankfully those around me know I have to be kept reigned in at times like these.
(Marley won)
2. Or how about sending bits of my fingernails, locks of hair, and flaky scabs to the philadelphonic management for equitable distribution to the band members.Edited by: swaytosway

1. Driving 5 hours by yourself for a show.

2. Having over 1000 posts on the GLaSS internet message board...smileys/smiley17.gif

3. You have been in a real fight with someone because they said GLaSS sucks.Edited by: Mr. Cleanface

hehe, well, then I'll add the rest....

every guy i've ever gone after or been with post G-Discovery has had some sorta resemblence to G....dark hair, blue eyes, tall and thin....and that seems to be the only type of guy you find attractive...

You have his songs as ringtones on your mobile and the one and you have "G parties" with the only other mate you know that likes him once a month...

And,you're willing to travel to a country (as T did only further) to see them....Edited by: the duke

right there with you, and as a prerequisite to even consider hooking up with you/ going out you must know at least 2 songs! I'm not kidding you, I make guys name at least 2 songs. AND everytime I get drunk I ask random people if they know who G.L.a.S.S. are, and if they don't that will be the topic of discussion for about an hour as well as how many days are left untill i see them next.

I work at a theatre and they have played there a couple of times in the pastfew years. I get to see shows FOR FREE and when GLaSS were coming begged to see the shows and said I would work shows I was not interested in to see them. And I even sneeked past security in front of the stage to see them up close while working said shows. It was awesome!

a coupe of funny incidnets involving the topic of GLASS..

My wife and I drug her parents to a show, her mom's in her 60's and her father is close behind. What can I say, they love the band.

My brother in law, my wife and myself all at once, jumped down some guys throat at a party cause he mentioned that GLASS sucked.

When myself and wife finally got to meet G, I said something really stupid, and my wife told G, that JJ was putting her to sleep :) Which compared to GLASS, JJ was like a lullaby.

And I agree with the poster who mentioned the hustle in the car, that damn disc just came out of the player last month :)

G was opening for jj at the gorge in washington and i drove 5 hours just to see him. i had to leave right after his set because i had a funeral early the next morning. so i paid 65 bucks and drove all night for a half hour set! worth it though.

His poor taste in music landed him a 15 mile hike down the freeway.
