View Full Version : Warning to the Wise
I really hate doing this and I know I will get my balls busted for it but oh well. I notice a guy had posted a tread below about ordering discs from this website. I ordered 2 dics from here in Nov. To this date I have received one of them. I have sent several emails to the order address and have gotton no reply. This has been a real pain in the ass. I am currently having to deal with my credit card company since I have already been charged for both discs. These were both supposed to be X-mas presents. Well I just wanted to warn you guys about it. Like I said at the top of my post I really hate doing this but the way I see they have f**ked up and have not tried to rectify the situation. Good luck to any of you that attempt to order cd's from here but I just wanted people to know that I am having trouble with it.

sucky. I know how you feel... somewhat. I order 5 discs once, didnt recieve them after 2 months, so i ordered them again. 3 months later, after not recieving them (but not being billed for them either) i private messaged RobW, an admin.,and hetold me if i ordered againid recievethem. He kept his word, i got them 2 weeks later. So i guess if your having trouble getting feedback through their email system i suggest you PM RobW. Good luck

HEY MAN I FELT THE SAME WAY TOO. I EXCHANGED A FEW E-MAIL MESSAGES WITH A GUY NAMED ROB WYATT AT PHILADELPHONIC AND HE MADE SURE THAT I GOT THE RIGHT MERCHANDISE. IT TOOK A FEW THREATENING LETTERS ON THE SITE BUT I EVENTUALLY GOT WHAT I PAID FOR. I DONT KNOW IF HE IS STILL AROUND ,BUT GIVE IT A GO.GOOD LUCK MAN. SORRY FOR THROWING YOUR NAME OUT THERE ROB. BUT YOU HELPED ME OUT AS WELL. MAYBE YOU CAN HELP OUT FOX1. PEACE!

That is suprising. I didn't know there were that many problems ordering from the site. All the "other" Cd'sI have bought havebeen at shows, not from the site. Good luck!!
While we have had problems with our online merchandise in the past the system is running properly now. All orders are run and shipped on the same day once a week. If we are out of an item you will receive an email letting you know that the item you have ordered is not in stock and your account will not be charged. If you are having problems with your order you can contact me via private messenger on this site or email me directly at robwyatt@philadelphonic.com (robwyatt@philadelphonic.com) and I will take care of any problems that you are having.
