The CD and DVD are already out and they have been out for a while. They do not come as a package, and the CD is great. Any info on the Hustle would probably up on the site, if they have any. Man you have some pretty strong words for the GLaSS. I thought Electric Mile was pretty good, not the greatest, but better than most of the garbage that's out.
Anyway, what is "selling out." Does that mean being successful. I remember listening to RHCP Mothers Milk inseventh grade and people thoughtI was crazy. Then three years later it was all "Under the Bridge." I just felt like everybody else caught up to my taste. If your music is good and everybody likes it,should that be a bad thing????? I have a degree, company car, and a new house. Am I a sellout?? If I am than f**k it, I am proud to be!!!And what the hell is "the media monster." GLaSS has been doing their thing for ten years, I don't think you have to worry about G. ripping off his shirt during the Super Bowl halftime show anytime soon!!!

hey cleanface, thanks for not taking that message in a bad way and coming at me like a couple guys did on the last message i posted...i was just asking some questions...i dont think G has sold out,G is the man...i just hope heisntheaded that way, and it just looks that way sometimes...im not saying selling out is a bad thing...you arent a sell out for making money man, in music its different though its hard to relate a 9 to 5 to the music business...you know? and by selling out i meant changing his style of music to be more exposed, and abandoning the style and roots he came with in the beginning...not being successful, big up to anyone who finds success...BIG UP to you cleanface, im a sophomore at UNM too, although i hate school(fine arts major)...nonetheless, not trying to piss anyone off just trying to get a discussion going.

In recent interviews he has said he is actually going to his ROOTS. Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul, etc.
He has implied he will probably sound more like his first album than anything, and less like Electric Mile. He has even mentioned that Electric Mile was more scattered and not as focused.
I think we will be pleased much more than we were with Electric Mile.

electric mile was a super experiamental project; it sounds so diff b/c it is! that c.d has tons of guests on it.so of coarse when anyone colaborates w/ some one else that sound will have to be a mix of the two performers,ya know? i think back of the bus is very glass. also things in peoples lifes changethat may make them in tap to different thoughts and feelings. thicker than water is great keep in mind that 1)g is on there 3 time
2) his boy jack made that
i know that some of the songs are not main stream, but that should make you happy . b/c if the c.d had a bunch of "sell outs" on it we would not be subject to all the new talent, just b/c we know who g is does not mean everyone else does. so in my opinion that c.d is a fantastic tool to reach tons of people w/ new music , especially g

People seem to be so paranoid about this whole "selling out" thing. "Who sold out, did you sell out? I didn't sell out, did you? I don't know, I thinkHE sold out!! THEN HESUCKS!!! Just relax and be positive!!!
