Later Tonight - Old G. Song?

Does anyone know anything about this song? It's G doing what I assume is called "Later Tonight" acoustic. I suppose it could also be called "What's going on". Anyway, I have been looking for info. on this for years, and nothing has popped up. It's crucial that I learn to play the guitar for it, but I'm no good at tabbing. Anyone? Does anyone even know where this came from? I've literally never even been able to find an acknowledgment that this song exists. Thanks,
