New Tool album

anyone excited for it? i loved tool in seventh grade and i still have a lot of respect for the band, but i kinda grew out of metal. ive heard most of it though, and it is pretty dope.

im with you rob. i love maynard and adam jones. they are both geniuses, and tool/perfect circle have yet to put out a bad album.

Anybody pick this album up yet???? IT has the coolest cd case I have ever seen!!! It comes with a 3D book and glasses built in to the case.. Its worth 9.99 by its self lol...

i went to the midnight release last night, and your right! the album case is so so so sick! coolest ive ever seen. the album is great too. less progressive that lateralus, more like undertow. pick it up!

Cool! Not a big Tool fan but I might check it out. The cover is badass...

i must say im in love with tool....they put on a hell of a show and the music is sooooo different. i really like the new cd too:) i wanted to see them when they come here to philly...but the show sold out in 4 minutes!!!!! guess lots love em too

yeah i quite like tool....got onto them cuz of a guy i used to like, but while i can't stand him, i still like tool!


Their sound is nothing like anyone else i've heard (except perfect circle!).

if you dug their other albums then you will probably like it. it is a little less progressive than lateralus, but softer than undertow. it took me 3 times of listening to really understand it, but im totally down with it now. also, it has like 3, 11 minute songs, which are cool but not really somthing that you just jam too, ya know?
