I recently downloaded a cover of Times are Changing that G did at some concert and it is just awesome. The song is originally by Bob Dylan I think?? Anyways, what are some other bands that G has covered in concert? I always like a talented musicians take on someone elses great song.smileys/smiley8.gif

Donovan (70's not Frankenreider) sang "Season of the Witch." I don't really like it that much though. I think it is a strange choice for a GLaSS cover.

I have seen him coverThe Grateful Dead "Fire on the Mountain" and P. Diddy "Bad Boys for Life." I am sure he has done alot in his day.

My favorite cover is "Train to Skaville" by the Ethiopians. The "Walk the Proud Land" tag to "Recipe" is also sweet. Some other bands covered are Cream, John Lee Hooker, Prodigal Sons, and Little Milton.

Season of The Witch is a popular cover song in New Orleans. That is why he chose it probably. Dr John likes it, as does the Radiators. The Radiators covered it too in a recent bootleg I got from them.
