Kickin Back on cd

I would love to have Kickin back on cd, but i couldnt find any copies of the surfer magazine that it was released in... I was wondering if there is any other way to get the cd. Any help would be great ty!

Hmm... I have posted before that when i FINALLY found a copy of the magazine after a long month of searching,I was so excited... and yet... wise enough to get a second one (although i probably should have just cleared the rack of them), just in case i came across someone who wanted a copy for themselves. So what i've been planning on doing after seeing so many people asking on where to get one, is to put the extra copy of Surfer Mag. with the CD i snaggedup for sale on ebay or something, just as soon as i find enough time to figure out how to work ebay's system. When i do finally post it on ebay... ill let you all know right here.

Hey Disastronaut, I'm sure some people would even pay for a burned copy of the EP if you were willing to do that too. Cheap of course being a copy...just a suggestion.

Hey you guys...burning and selling the Redsand EP is not cool. The band recorded and released it for FREE (all be it in limited quantity) but still for free. We have also posed it on the site so people could hear it.


Please don't disrespect the band by making copies and ripping off hardcore fans, by selling it to them!Edited by: Jason

Burning the cd is not ripping off the band when the cd was free bro. I'd pay like 20 bucks for the 5 song EP I don't care about money when it comes to G.Love. They are my all time favorite band EVER and I support them by buying all their albums and by going to every show in NY and the surrounding area. If I have to pay someone for a burned copy and that's the only way I can get my hands on these songs that I haven't heard before, then I don't mind. Like I said, anyway I can get the new EP is fine with me so if anyone wants to put any copies of it on EBAY or even send me a copy directly, I will pay for the shipping if not more. I don't feel that it would be ripping me off by me paying for great music. G.Love is one of the only bands left who would put out something out for no profit to themselves, soley for the fans. If someone wants to be a great person and give me a copy so be it.

I said who ever was buring and selling the cd's was ripping off fans by charging them for something that was free. In this instance its not about the band its about selling something that was intended to be free.

if anyone want's a copy, you should get in touch with someone who has it and make arangments to send them a self-addressed stamped envelope, and a blank disc, or like a buck for a blank disc. This is a community, right?

I do not intend on burning any copies of the Kickin' Back EP and selling them for profit.Asfor the extra Surfer Magazine with the EP, my only intention in posting it on eBay is to give someone elsea chance to ownthe extra I have instead of itsitting in my closet collecting dust. NOT to make profit.

Anyone try contacting Red Sand directly? Myself and 3 other people I know got their copy that way. It was free too and I didn't even have to pay for shipping. Anyway, I know this is a duplicate post however I find it odd that nobody has suggested going directly to the source for a copy of the disc.

i put the files up on Kazaa, its been up on there for about 2 weeks... although i only have 64k modem so i cant be online all day. But for the time i have been on,no takers.

yeah... about that... I'm not normally on during the day. More so during the night. Tell you what... give a date and time you'll be looking for it, and I'll see to it that im on. The best for me is 11PMto whatever time into the next morning. Ifyou're still not getting the files through there and if you have AIM, I could send it to you through that too. I just recently got a cable modem so I'll try to keepKazaa on 24/7 for those looking for the EP. Same goes for the song "rainbow", which i got from Gerggo11.

hehehe... i dont think you even need that sound recorder you just mentioned. I'm pretty sure the 'sound recorder' Windows comes with should do just fine. just hit the rec. buttonand bam! the sound you hear is the sound bein' recorded.
