I saw him here in Minneapolis lat wednesday! He put on another amazing show. He played most of the 2nd cd, and mistaken id from the 1st-- that was a nice suprise. Then brother lee, somehow, back together, and friendly fire. That might have been it from the new cd.

Played alot off the second album and the new one...couple from the first including Mistaken ID and Contact. Played pretty much everything wanted to hear and a 6 song encore.

glad you were able to go to the show! I forgot to mention he also played salvation. We ran into him before the show and kariann requested it, he was kind enough to play the request!

Yeah, that show was kickass! The more I think about it the better it gets, I'd like to see him again soon. I've been listening to the 3 albums non-stop for about 2 weeks, Em is about to kill me. :D
How's Karrianne doing?
She doesn't come around much anymore...:(

I have also been listening to the albums a ton! They are so good! But I have been trying to pull myself away to listen to Amos Lee, I will be seeing him twice this week;)
Kariann is doing well, I keep telling her to come and visit here! We have been going to quite a few shows together lately. I actually meet her little boy the other week... he is pretty cute!!!

okay, joe, this might be it. blue meets red. old meets young. progressive meets conservative. cool meets, well, not-so-cool.

Oh yeah, if I'm available, I'll be there. Hopefully I will have moved by then, but either way I'll still go. Does Michelle even post here anymore?
BTW; I like how you used the adjective 'progressive.' Kinda like saying 'pro-choice' instead of 'pro-abortion.' Is 'ultra-liberal' really that shameful of a word?
Stir it up, stir it up, little darling, stir it up.:D

man, you guys are control freaks. wait. has something changed? . . . hold on . . . . just checking something here . . . nope, looks like i am in the clear. whew! for a second there i thought maybe king george executed another signing statement outlawing the use of the adjective "progressive". you never know with that guy!
progressive is actually far more accurate in its description of the "democrat party" (another attempt to control, not to mentionthat it is just really bad english. it figures why then king george would embrace the use of it!) than liberal.
progressive: making use of or interested in new ideas, findings, or opportunities.
liberal: not bound by authoritarianism, orthodoxy, or traditional forms

anyways, back on track. i am excited that the show is at a theater. i have just seen him at general admission shows... but i think this will be a nice change.

Kind of a disappointing show for me. I was expecting stripped down and raw and got some plugged in and backed by a drum machine.....
