John Butler Trio - In the US in March [Archive]

The John Butler Trio are going to be in the US in a few days.
For those not familiar with 'JBT', they are roots, blues, funk style band lead by John Butler on 12-string amplified acoustic and with Double & electric bass and Drums. They are known for their live shows and first timers are often instantly converted fans. They've toured and played festivals with G-love quiet a bit so both bands are familiar with each other which is why your might like to get down to one of these shows if you can make it.

Their new album 'Sunrise Over Sea' is a week from release and it's already gone past Gold sales, they are getting huge here and it's all 100% independent.

Anyway, they'll be in the states soon and playing small venues for basically nothing which fans in Australia would kill for these days so it's a great chance for you to catch this band early as you'll be hearing about them in the future no doubt.
