Ooh, Friday the 13th in Madtown? That could be kinda perfect!!!
I wouldn't be driving from the twin cities (i'd be flying in from miami), but we could meet up.
My dad's retirement party is around that time, so I may be going home then anyways. I'll let you know.
I love Madison. It'd be fun to see a show, and I could eat at one of my favorite restaurants in the world (http://badgerherald.com/artsetc/2004/11/15/serving_up_authentic.php)! Yumma yumma!

Well I'm smack dab in the middle of Madison and Fargo, and Friday the 13th in Madison sounds more interesting...sorry Fargoians...Fargoites...Fargonians...Fargoese?!?!? !?!?

O O O O O L'Etoile in Madison was rated in the top 50 for restaurants in America by Gourmet Magazine just this last Oct. Quite a feat.

I am pretty sure I will be making the trip down. The friend I am going with lives just over the Wisc. border. I don't have any personal days left at work for the school year so I am going to take a 1/2 sick day.. so I can't leave the area until noon. Let me know if you are going for sure.

I have my ticket already, and was planing on leaving around the same time. My sis will be coming up from Chicago, and we will be staying over night in a hotel. Just over the boarder you say? We moved out to Hudson last April. He fella said he will be needing a blood sample etc...(:

nope, I am a girl.... I went to st. benedict.. grauated in 04 hence the name. I was in the front middle of the 1st ave show... so I didn't leave my spot much... thank god I drank enough before the boys started to more than last the evening!

I would have been a few people to your right then. A Girl!!!! even better, and that means that you are for sure not one of the guys that I flipped off upon my return from the ladies room. I asked ever so politely for them to pardon me and let me BACK through, and they wouldn't budge, and laughed too boot. I wound up stepping squarely on some poor guys foot with my high heeled boots, trying to get around them. I'm happy to say he wasn't very mad once I apologised, and gave him my best smile (:

Keep me posted if you're gonna drive down. I've already burned some road trip CDs.

I think I just usually pushed people out of my way when I return; thankfully however this time I think I just made my way out once during redeye.. and I was like "remember me because i will be coming back"

they opened in las vegas last summer, for glass. I thought they were real good, fun. at the end though, I thought one of them yelled out, who wants to hear some more? haha, of course, I yell back, yeeeeaaaahhhhh!!! They have a live show on their site under media, and they do sound pretty good I must say, perhaps a tad more metally, metalish, metalic than I prefer, but I can be real forgiving for ' fun'.
