Did y'all check out the new Robert Rodriguez, Quentin Tarantino movie Grindhouse? This movie is sick. They must have used 100,000 gallons of fake blood. It’s a bang bang shootem’ up movie. It’s full of every B movie/ cheap-ass trick in the book and it all works deliciously. It’s got a pretty amazing cast as well. Rose McGowan was hot and perfect, Fergie made a solid debut, Bruce Willis, Sayid from lost (real name??) as well as many others who you’re bound to recognize from other movies.

Tarantino has built an amazing reputation for revamping actor’s careers. Especially Travolta in Pulp Fiction. I’m sure Rose McGowan will benefit hugely from this modern day B movie classic. All in all this film gets 3.75 (out of 5) Oh Yeah’s! It’s definitely worth 11 bucks and a bag of popcorn.

Peaceout

Tarantino is by far my fav director, read his interview and he seemed pretty hyped about this one, even though it didn't do that good at the box office this weekend, I'm sure its well worth 11 bucks, esp if there is 100,000 gallons of fake blood

Okay Tink, where ya at?
You said you were going to see this over the weekend...

How many Oh Yeah's are you giving it? :p heehee

I'm going to the drive-in this week to see it. Only costs 5 bucks, and I get to stink up my car with popcorn. Fun, right?

Oh so reliable, tink! Thanks for your input.

Yay, I am totally stoked to go see this!
My friend said she'd go if I promised to not laugh at her when she closes her eyes during the gross parts.
Otherwise she said we should go see Blades of Glory. Um... I think not.

This is the same friend who buried her face into my shoulder while we were riding the Cyclone at Coney Island. I love her to death, but I just don't get that.
Life is meant to be experienced...good, bad, ugly, gross, etc. Bring it on!
Squeamishness is allowed, but no eye-closing! Oh well, to each her own.

Would it be weird to go to the drive-in alone? I think so.
Not that I've ever had a problem admitting my weirdness.

Okay, blah blah blah, time for bed.
