I’m on the plane. I actually just got yelled at for using my phone. Ouch! I hate getting yelled at! I guess I was breaking the rules though huh?!? Well the whole cell phone on a plane thing...I’ve asked the airline employees that I know if cell phones can disturb the radio transmissions of any airplane…guess what? They can’t hurt the darn plane. Your celly is not disturbing the 747. Whew, now we can breathe. Let’s keep it safe. Using your cell phone on the plane is not going to bother anything except the person sitting next to you. Let’s keep the skies friendly now.

There are a million ways to navigate quickly and efficiently through airports and airplanes without breaking any rules and waiting in very few lines but if I gave away my secret techniques, everyone would be busting my airport travel techniques.

The most frustrating thing about being a seasoned business traveler is dealing with first time flyers. People that ask a million questions don’t know what to take out of their pockets for security, "should I take off my shoes now?" I know it can be a very traumatic experience for some people to get on a plane but really! You can do it! You’re gonna be ok! My cell phone call isn’t really going to delay the flight. Honestly, the airlines care too much about their on time departures for that!

Well I could keep going off on airports/airlines all day but I will leave you with one piece of advice. Because they run fewer planes these days, there are more full flights and that equates to more standby passengers. Try to be somewhat on time to the gate or they will give your ticket away. Yes, even though you may just be grabbing a chicken Cesar from the Chili’s to go--they will give your sh*t away so stay on your toes, be sure to report suspicious activities to airport authorities and have a wonderful flight!

Peaceout
