Does anyone know what's up with 007? I haven't hard anything since the Katrina disaster except that all the boys were ok. But, are they still playing?
Will they ever grace the Jersey shore again? another record?

Next order of business....Why was Jimmy Jazz playing an electric bass at the summer jam festival in New York? I thought his preference was the stand-up (the sound is certainly better).

Well, I'm no expert, but, last I knew they played a gig or two during Jazz Fest in nola.
Jonathan Freilich sat in on Holla with GLaSS during a show in New Orleans in January.
Also, they do have a MySpace page (http://www.myspace.com/007rocksteady). Might want to try to connect with them/their calendar via that route.

As for electric bass, I'd imagine it's an issue with transporting that big thing, ya know?
