G. Love on the radio

Just heard "The Things I used To Do" on the radio during lunch. Very nice. I guess they are gearing up for the show here in Grand Rapids on the 14th. The station was 88.1 FM (WYCE) which is a great listener supported station here in town. If you'd like to send them a note to say "thanks" or "play more G. they do not play g love here in houston at all i have tried and the radios told me that they have to put in a request and research for to the "board" of the radio shows first, i have tried to help the guys out w/ air play here in houston for almost a year now , no dice

I have only heard G. on the radio about a dozen times in the last 5 or 6 years or so. Kinda sucks...I'm gonna try to contact the radio stations more often like you guys. I dida long time ago, but it was a collage radio station that played it at a weird time. Whatever...at least I tried and I'm gonna keep on.

Ok... I just remembered....the last time I heard them on the radio was when Electric Mile was released and the played Unified on WXRT 93.1 in Chicago. (kick ass station by the waysmileys/smiley2.gif)

I know in ny they used to play old g back in the day on WLIR...which no longer is in existence....so unfortunate
