Mishka?

heyyy. just heard about a guy named Mishka. he's a jaimaican man - island in his heart! i love his verve and he's definitely refreshing compared to a lot of music circulating around these days.

Yay! Mishka has been a favorite for some years now (since one tree came out). Finally, finally, finally got to see him a couple of times when he toured with xavier rudd this past spring. and glad that above the bones came out at long last. Definitely see him if you get a chance! His tour is pretty left coasted so far. he has the most amazingly beautiful sound and spirit.

(don't know that he is jamaican, grew up on a boat traveling around the carribbean (and elsewhere) eh?)
