There was an interview in a Rolling Stone last summer where they stated that he was hitting a bowl before he went on stage. With that said and all the other info above I would say yes.

I know I went to one of his shows, the band was smoking pot on the stage (kool haus show in Toronto) and anyone, they offered Jack some and he said no.

Right on applesauce. I used to blow major dope years ago. Rehab in 8th grade, never worked . Quit myself. Music was still there, sounds the same to me stoned or sober. Garrett used to smoke, now doesnt, music is still great. Smoke all you want jack, music is still going to be great. Not going to bother me at all. peace PERRY.
