Hi Guys- new to the forum, but had a quick question. Does anyone know who sings the second verse of This Ain't Living? Thanks!

Awww yeah, back in the day ('94 I do believe for that one), but one of GLaSS' best songs, in my opinion.
That guest spot would be Jasper Thomas of Jasper and The Prodigal Suns. Same fella you'll hear on Parasite off The Electric Mile disc.
You can usually find their stuff used on Amazon.com Everything is Everything (http://www.amazon.com/Jasper-the-Prodigal-Suns/e/B000APZ0KU/ref=ntt_mus_dp_pel[/URL] [URL="http://www.mp3.com/albums/168468/summary.html) is pretty good, and if I remember correctly, Timo Shanko (G's current bassist) played bass on that album, too.

Welcome to the boards, btw. We used to have quite the little party around here & chat it up quite a bit. Things are slow around here these days, what with the advent of Facebook & a less than enthusiastic response to the last GLaSS album & band change-ups from us old schoolers around here (or was that just me?).

Don't know if you're a new G Love & Special Sauce fan, or just new to the boards, but don't let the crickets chirping around here fool ya. There's still a bunch of us who come check things out & can help inform or instigate some good musical experiences for you, both GLaSS & non-GLaSS related.

Ya I too hope to see/add some new life on the board, and don't forget about how Jasper was in Thanks and Praise off of Lemonade. I played the song on a radio show I guest hosted in Tampa on 88.5 and had a few people call in asking questions about G Love. I felt good knowing that I got G some new fans that day.
