www.tabrobot.com (http://www.tabrobot.com) has every g. love tab on the internet, most of which are terrible...I'm trying to finish figuring out honor and harmony, and when i do I'll put it up. Here's back of the bus though (without the intro) the chords are:
C7, F, A#, C (slide up two frets to make the C chord, not the open C chord)
the little fill part is wicked easy to learn, and it only sounds good if you have someone else playing it while you're playing rhythm so don;t even worry about it.

When We Meet Again I kind of figured out too.
you'll have to mess around with the strum though.
They sound somewhat muted and hold the D chord through the first part and that wierd C/G (x23033) chord for the second part.
