Randy in Tahoe

I got to the shows in Chico and Berkeley over the weekend.
Glass headlined in Chico with Donovan, it was in the student union with about 200 people, almost all students. Really awesome, lots of old favorites and even some old obscure songs, just like the GLASS shows I remember from the 90's. Donovan opened up and then played a few duets with G including the infamous pussy song (with some reall funny new improv versus).
G and the boys did a record store appearence in the evening in Berkeley before the show. Only about 100 people showed. They played about 5 or 6 songs, then signed autographs. They were really cool, spent a few minuts BS'ing with each person that came up for an autograph.
The Greek show was really cool as well, however the set was almost identical to what they did in Tahoe. Even the encores with Jack & Donovanwere the same. Still a killer show!
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE CATCHING THE BRUSHFIRE TOUR SHOWS TO SHOW UP EARLY TO SEE DONOVAN FRANKENREITER. HE IS REALLY AWESOME AND HE STARTS RIGHT WHEN THE TICKET SAYS THE SHOW STARTS.
