anyone been to the shows?

Has anyone been to any of the recent shows?I hearGLASS is tearing it up, getting people out of seats, then jack johnson sits everyone back down. But I know that's jj style. Has anyone seen anything? Or has all the fans passed away? See some of yall in Cincy in October.

Yes actually that was the vibe from last night to exactly. Saw the Chicago show last night at the Aragon. My take on things is that JJ is filling the void that Dave Matthews left when he became a stadium act.Not necessaraly a bad thing but I'd much rather see GL just play by themselves, preferably with someone like Donovan opening up for them. I just don't see GLASS as a opening act.

Just saw the show in Somerset, WI on Sunday. We did not have seats, so that was not a problem. I don't think this crowd would have sat down evenif there was seats. Donovan, Jack and G love all were rockin.

The Chicago show was incredible. Missed some of DF but GLaSS was awesome. Jack was also really good. Lots of songs together. G. and Jack on "Rainbow," "Give it to You," "Rodeo Clowns," "Stepping Stones." All of them on DF's "Free."


G. started acoustic solo with "Baby's Got sauce" and "Gimme Some Lovin'," brought out SS, and freaking blazed through "Don't Drop It" to start it off. Bad azz. Also, "Parasite" "This Ain't Livin'" "Astronaut" "Cold Bev" lots more, can't remember them all. Can't wait to see them again in Cincy.

so i guess that i must have missed some of the show. i think the song i came in on was parasite. not too sure though... drunk. whtvr. gonna rage at the halloween show.
